My husband has been on the ultimate stop-loss for the past year and a half. He developed a blood clot about 2 years ago after a game of touch football for PT, and another one a few months later. Since then the Marine Corps has done pretty much nothing about the clots and pretty much everything to keep him as long as they can. A year and a half after his EAS, he's still in, fighting to get out, while still having the clots. Yet there is nothing that we can do with that year and a half still in!
